First‑Time Fix Rate : Accurately diagnose issues and complete repairs during the initial service call. Response Time : Respond to service requests within defined time frame. Service Revenue Generation : Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment, recommend solutions, meet or exceed monthly revenue targets, and identify upsell opportunities. Service Agreement Enrollment : Successfully enroll customers in service agreements for long‑term relationships. Productivity and Utilization : Efficiently manage work orders, minimize downtime, and maximize billable hours. Technical Excellence : Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs, and continuously improve skills through training and certifications. Inventory Management : Track vehicle inventory and parts stock, ensuring accuracy. Safety Adherence : Maintain a perfect safety record, following all protocols. Documentation Accuracy : Maintain accurate records of service calls, work performed, and parts used on Service Titan. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and support colleagues. Professionalism and Communication : Uphold professional communication and appearance at all times. Attendance and Punctuality : Maintain consistent punctuality and attendance, arriving on time for appointments. Additional duties as assigned. Compensation $20 - $40 an hour.
