EdgeCore is seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst - Facilities Operations to join our growing Procurement team. Reporting to the Facilities Operations Category Manager, this role will support procurement and sourcing analysis, tactical buying, contract management and supplier management across the company.

This is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with EdgeCore’s mission critical Operations team to help ensure efficient supplier performance, cost optimization, and operational continuity across a rapidly growing data center platform.

Responsibilities

• Support and help execute EdgeCore’s procurement strategy, including system and process optimization, sourcing, purchasing, and contract management
• Oversee tactical procurement activities, partnering with multiple business unit owners on RFP creation, vendor selection, contract negotiation, order implementation including delivery/ service tracking and overall supplier management
• Prioritize and balance stakeholder needs and client delivery timelines while also adhering to procurement processes
• Manage purchase requisitions and triage to the appropriate sourcing process based on spend and project complexity
• Drive supplier performance management initiatives, including coordinating regular supplier evaluations and Quarterly Business Reviews for key suppliers
• Conduct spend analysis to identify cost reduction and supplier efficiency opportunities
• Support procurement policy development and implementation

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Construction, Real Estate, Engineering or a similar field is advantageous, but not required
• 1 - 3 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or similar professional experience. Experience in data centers, IFM, property management, site operations, facilities – construction, design and/or architecture, will also be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of sourcing activities involving hard and soft facilities maintenance.
• Experience working in Coupa is advantageous but not required.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information in a compelling and concise format.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure setting.
• Ability to demonstrate tact, discretion, confidentiality, and good judgement in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation.
• Detail oriented strategic thinker.
• A team player with a strong and natural affinity for learning.
• Self-starter with high-drive and motivation.

What We Offer

• Onsite position based in Denver, CO, with free parking
• Full-time salaried , exempt role: Includes equity compensation and a performance-based annual bonus.
• Annual base salary range: $75,000 - $95,000, depending on experience and location.
• In-office expectations: This role requires in-office presence four days per week
• Travel: 10%
