Project Manager - Intermediate

Job Title: Healthcare Project Manager - Intermediate Location: Hybrid - Providence, RI Duration: 12 Months plus (Chances of extension upto September 2031) Job Summary Plan, organize, and administer the Rural Mobile Family Medicine project as part of the Healthcare. Lead the implementation of a statewide mobile family medicine system focused on well-visits, screenings, chronic disease management, and telehealth for rural communities. Collaborate with leadership, subject matter experts, and community partners to design, develop, and evaluate the project. Coordinate and review the work of professionals, consultants, and contractors involved in the project. Facilitate cross-system collaboration with state agencies and stakeholders to ensure integrated services. Establish and manage the Rural Mobile Family Medicine committee for ongoing project input and coordination. Oversee formative research, policy development, budgeting, evaluation, and performance measurement for the project. Assess barriers, needs, and strengths in rural family medicine services to inform project planning and implementation. Secure, supervise, and monitor contractors and subject matter experts for project assessments and program design. Manage day-to-day grant operations, including budget, contracts, invoices, and reporting to federal funders. Supervise at least one project specialist responsible for project implementation. Provide technical assistance to partners and subcontractors as required. Oversee planning, logistics, resource management, progress tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Balance competing needs, requirements, and workload for simultaneous project components. Prepare and present technical and statistical reports on program activities.
