Therapist - Occupational Therapist

Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide specialized occupational therapy services to patients, supporting their rehabilitation and functional independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop customized treatment plans and promote patient well-being.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' needs through comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions focused on improving patients' motor, cognitive, and sensory skills.
Document patient progress accurately and update treatment plans accordingly.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques to ensure continued progress.
Maintain compliance with healthcare standards, safety regulations, and clinic policies.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Hold current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the respective state.
Possess a degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have prior experience or training in rehabilitation settings preferred.
Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Licensure or certification in relevant specialties is a plus.
