Junior Accountant - Revenue & Operations Focus

The Junior Accountant – Revenue & Operations Focus will support the Controller and Senior Accounting team across credit analysis, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and broader finance operations. This role is designed for a high-potential accounting professional seeking growth within a multi-entity environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with credit analysis and customer exposure monitoring. Support AR aging reviews and DSO tracking. Assist with AP processes including vendor reconciliations. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations. Support month-end close activities across multiple entities. Assist with inventory analysis and operational accounting support. Support audit requests and financial reporting preparation. Participate in cross-functional finance and operations initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. 2–4 years of accounting or finance experience. Strong understanding of debits and credits. Experience with ERP systems (Business Central or SAGE preferred). Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis). Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities. Ability to work in a multi-entity, fast-paced environment. This role offers a clear growth path within the Finance organization.
