Supervisor

Supervisor Latrobe, PA CHS is partnering with a client to hire a Production Foreman/Supervisor who will oversee daily plant and press operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This role works closely with the Plant Manager, production scheduling, and quality teams to coordinate resources, minimize downtime, and address quality issues. Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday, 12am-8:30am

- Start up and shut down the plant and production presses
- Communicate with adjacent shifts, production scheduler, and Plant Manager regarding mold changes, machine priorities, startups, and quality concerns
- Coordinate crew leaders, mold setters, and material handlers to meet production and quality goals
- Monitor workflow, reduce downtime, and ensure efficient use of resources
- Maintain process parameter documentation for production molds and equipment
- Communicate with Quality on issues and implement corrective actions
- Investigate product discrepancies and implement preventive measures
- Provide documentation for tool and equipment repairs
- Support production coverage for overtime, early starts, and call-offs as needed
- Strong press and mold knowledge
- General computer skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work mandatory weekend overtime and occasional voluntary overtime
- Flexible to work any assigned shift and adjust hours as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
