Job Title : Territory Manager – North Dallas, TX Location : North Dallas, Texas (covers Dallas, Richardson, Plano, Allen, Garland, and Rockwall) Travel : 25% of time required Remote work : Not applicable What You Will Do Manage a customer base of veterinary clinics and hospitals, building net sales, volume, market share and Brand Recommended Most Often (BRMO), while improving product mix. Ensure excellent coverage and 6Ps execution to grow net sales, drive volume, BRMO, and market share. Promote and merchandise Hill's products and services; implement the Perfect Clinic / Store program where applicable. Educate customers through detailing and in‑clinic seminars on the economic and nutritional value of Hill's pet diets and products. Develop creative, customer‑specific strategies and joint plans to drive results based on customer analysis. Leverage Hill’s commercial and professional programs to increase product experience, awareness, and professional endorsement, improving sales and market share. Roll out new product launches and detail products to clinic staff to increase in‑store presence and market leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. 2+ years of professional experience. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM). 2+ years of sales experience or veterinary clinic experience. Sales experience in Animal Health. Certified Veterinary Technician (NAVTA). Ability to relocate for future opportunities. Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and presentation skills; highly competitive, tenacious, and self‑motivated. Strong selling skills with ability to persuade, negotiate, and close. Excellent time‑management, planning, and budget‑handling skills. Analytical skills and basic understanding of business terminology. High integrity, professional appearance, and strong work ethic. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range : $70,000.00 – $96,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit sharing, and long‑term incentives for Executive‑level roles.
