We sort, process, and deliver linen for every healthcare need.We are seeking a Service Supervisor for our Ambulatory Care Division in Baltimore, MD. This position will ensure that all communications with customers, proactive, reactive, new, or existing will be efficient and to the standards set by HCSC Ambulatory Care. The salary range for this position starts at $50,000-$54,000 annually and is commensurate with experience. In addition, HCSC offers the following to all full-time employees:Medical with prescription plan, Dental, and Vision BenefitsFlexible Spending AccountsLong Term DisabilityLife InsuranceVacation, Personal and Sick DaysRetirement Savings PlanAnd Much More!What you will be doing:Provide daily supervision, guidance, and support to assigned HCSC ACRSDs to ensure high-quality service across designated territories.Drive program growth and ensure operational stability through effective team and performance management.Foster strong customer relationships to support satisfaction and retention.Model consistent professional and courteous conduct in all interactions.Oversee, coordinate, and facilitate the movement of inventory between HCSC and customer locations through ACRSDs.Ensure compliance with all HCSC and healthcare institution policies, procedures, and guidelines.Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding privacy and security.What you will bring:At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience and 2 years+ of customer service experience.Minimum 1 year of experience operating a 26-ft box truckHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferredStrong communication, organizational, and time-management skillsFlexible, collaborative, and effective problem-solverAble to work independently and meet deadlines under time constraintsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExperience working in a union environment preferredAdditional information:This position will be based out of the Baltimore, MD Ambulatory Care facility. They will be responsible for working the following schedule:Monday - Friday with the required availability between the hours of 4am-6pm.
