Store Supervisor - Willow Grove PA (Full Time)

Position Details Work Location: Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, United States of America Hours: 40 Pay Details: $24.00 - $33.50 USD Job Summary This role supervises day-to-day team activities to ensure operational excellence and compliance with policies and procedures to mitigate risk and protect the Bank and Customers. It drives operational, customer and sales objectives and, in the absence of any other manager, manages the Store and runs teller side, platform, and customer escalations. Key Responsibilities Provide supervisory oversight to a team of advice and service colleagues in achieving individual and Store objectives that create legendary customer and colleague experiences. Give day-to-day team leadership and work direction to ensure effective and efficient delivery of personalized and complex service and advice activities while maintaining compliance and regulatory guidelines. Monitor workflows for the teller team and platform, prioritize tasks and delegate duties and responsibilities. Demonstrate understanding of bank operational policies, procedures and regulations, establishing expectations, delegating tasks and educating the team on managing risk and protecting TD Bank, employees and customers. Drive operational excellence in the Store, including cash handling, vault management, control of negotiable items, fraud prevention, controllable expense management, integrity promotion, customer privacy and employee safety. Engage customers in discussions about loan products, facilitate application intake, and maintain an active registration status with NMLS. Lead, develop and coach the team on delivering effective customer service, product, advice conversations, and support service and advice strategies to improve the overall customer experience. Use customer relationship tools, services, products and campaigns to advocate for customers and educate them on financial needs. Acquire and deepen the Store customer base through proactive sales and service activities, including lead generation and management, outreach, appointment setting, and lead prioritization. Provide consultative support, advocate with proactive insights and recommendations, build trust through educational content and tools. Measure and exceed customer expectations, ensuring legendary service and exceeding operational objectives. Maintain and optimize colleague scheduling to meet customer demands and compliance requirements. Represent TD as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations, taking ownership and remediating complaints. Support execution of Store customer experience and advice plans while ensuring operational excellence. Coach the team on customer complaint resolution, participate in negotiations and empower colleagues to act as escalation points. Manage complex and routine financial transactions in compliance with Bank policies and procedures. Maintain operational systems knowledge, vault management, currency handling and compliance with security protocols. Contribute to operational excellence, accuracy of transaction documentation, and participate in process improvement opportunities. Lead high performing team, provide feedback, coaching, and support professional development. Ensure compliance with TD Bank U.S. policies, regulations, and conduct guidelines for customer interactions. Promote equitable environment, diversity and inclusion, and brand championing. Qualifications & Experience HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred. 2+ years of related experience working with customers and/or sales, or equivalent. Demonstrated supervisory or ability to provide direction, decision making, and coaching. Notary License (preferred). Strong organization skills for multitasking in a fast‑paced environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving. Proficiency in Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word and Excel. Ability to supervise and lead others, and to provide community services. Knowledge of financial literacy and a broad range of products, services and tools aligned with TD's consultative approach. Knowledge of bank operational systems, vault management, cash control procedures, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Ability to work autonomously, manage high volume transactions, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
