How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the development of clinical standards and care plans, acting as a strategic resource to empower nursing staff and elevate patient outcomes. Direct the implementation of therapy programs, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are secured for a safe, effective healing environment. Support team excellence through active supervision and mentorship of nursing staff, fostering a culture of clinical accountability. Maintain an Active RN License and clinical leadership experience to ensure all patient care journeys are documented with precision and regulatory integrity. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
