Utilizing your growing expertise, you will work closely with various departments to ensure quality standards are met and that products are ready for production according to specifications. You will be a key contributor to ensuring deadlines are met and that production processes are smooth and efficient.**Key Tasks:*** Conduct quality checks on assembled products and resolve minor issues.* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure production deadlines are achieved.* Support and oversee the preparation of production materials.* Maintain comprehensive production records and documentation.* Train new team members on basic production protocols and equipment use.* Monitor inventory levels and request materials as needed to prevent production delays.* Operate production equipment and perform minor maintenance tasks.* Assist in compiling production cost estimates and working with procurement to control expenses.* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.* Ensure compliance with all production and safety standards.**You're a Great Fit if You Meet These Requirements:*** Quality Control: Ability to conduct quality checks and ensure materials meet standards.* Intermediate Tool Proficiency: Proficient with intermediate-level production tools and equipment.* Coordination Skills: Effective coordination abilities to manage timelines and teams.* Documentation Management: Competence in maintaining accurate production records.* Training Skills: Capable of guiding and training new team members.* Inventory Management: Ability to monitor and manage inventory levels.* Maintenance Knowledge: Basic understanding of equipment maintenance.* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze production data and suggest improvements.* Have the ability to work from our St. Cloud, MN office.We are an incredibly supportive team that truly enjoys what we do and who we do it with.
