What You’ll Do: Collaborate directly with advisors and clients to build, monitor, and implement personalized financial plans. Utilize Right Capital , MoneyGuidePro and proprietary planning tools to develop customized strategies. Monitor and enhance client financial health across various areas: Retirement and investment planning Tax planning Insurance planning Cash flow Estate planning Business owner and education planning Collaborate with CPAs, attorneys, and insurance agents to implement financial strategies Choose your own career path: stay a financial planner or transition to a full-time advisor at your own pace. What We’re Looking For: Education: Bachelor’s degree required; CFP® designation or active pursuit required. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Right Capital and MoneyGuidePro , Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams). Key Traits: Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
