As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing, bathroom remodeling, or siding solutionsand close projects in-home.

What You’ll Do Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required. Conduct professional in-home design consultations, design custom showers using proprietary rendering software, provide same-day estimates, and execute a one-sit close. Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development. What’s In It for You 100% commission W-2 role with uncapped earnings + monthly bonuses. On target earnings between $150K–$320K+ annually.
