Facilities Support Manager

Managing the facility needs of an assigned portfolio of approximately 40-50 locations, the full-time salaried Facilities Support Manager will oversee 150-200 active work orders, coordinate vendor relationships, and ensure efficient maintenance and repair operations in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day facility needs and prioritize repair and maintenance requests across multiple locations Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with vendors while ensuring compliance with service agreements and budget constraints Support planning and execution of repair, maintenance, and capital projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in facilities management, property management, or related fields Experience managing a high-volume, multi-site facilities workload with competing priorities Basic understanding of commercial leases and common building systems such as HVAC and plumbing Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CMMS and other business systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize urgent issues effectively
