SNHMC is proud to be designated as a Magnet Recognition Program, an honor that recognizes outstanding nursing care worldwide.**About the Job**The Clinical Support Analyst performs activities that require comprehensive knowledge of relevant organizational policies, processes, and resources, including but not limited to, assistance with staffing and scheduling and staff competency tracking. Identify and collaborate with others to address opportunities to streamline workflows of delegated functions and create efficiencies among assigned departments.**What You’ll Do:*** Develop and maintain ongoing schedule for all staff in designated departments.
