We are currently seeking dependable, service-oriented individuals to join our Golf Operations team as Part-Time Golf Services Attendants.This position is ideal for high school or college students seeking valuable customer service experience in a professional club environment. The Golf Services Attendant plays an important role in ensuring our members and guests enjoy a smooth and memorable golf experience.Position SummaryThe Golf Services Attendant works primarily in the cart barn and surrounding golf areas. This role focuses on assisting members with their golfing needs, maintaining golf carts and facilities, and ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready for daily play. Dependability, maturity, and attention to detail are essential.Essential ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assist members and guests with unloading, loading, and storing golf bagsPrepare, stage, and inspect golf carts prior to play, ensuring each cart is stocked with sand, towels, scorecards, pencils, and waterClean and dry all golf carts at the end of each dayMaintain cleanliness of the cart barn, bag drop area, staging area, practice facilities, and golf shop exteriorSweep restrooms and golf bag storage areasCheck all areas for trash and debrisFold and organize towels from the laundry roomHose off the golf car cleaning area and ensure drains remain clearMonitor for and properly secure any unattended bags, clubs, or personal belongingsDemonstrate care and responsibility when handling members' propertySafely operate and work around equipment and machineryQualificationsDependable and punctualCustomer service oriented with a polite and professional demeanorAbility to interact confidently and respectfully with members and guestsStrong work ethic and attention to detailComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsPhysical Demands & Work EnvironmentRegular exposure to outdoor weather conditions and moving mechanical equipmentFrequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping, pulling, and repetitive motionContinuous standing and walking throughout shiftsOccasional exposure to wet, humid, hot, or cold conditionsModerate to loud noise levels typical of golf operations environmentsAugusta Country Club is a Drug-Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
