Job Summary

MacLean-Fogg is hiring a Quality Manager for our on-site operation in Saegertown, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will lead the Quality Management System (QMS), guide quality staff, and drive continuous improvement to help ensure products, processes, and services meet established quality standards. You will also partner with senior management on quality strategy, objectives, and performance.

  • Location: Saegertown, PA

  • Work Arrangement: On-site

  • Schedule: Standard business hours; variable schedule

  • Pay: $99,000-$135,000

  • Employment Type: Full-time / Salary

  • Travel: Minimal, up to 10%

What You'll Do as a Quality Manager
  • Administer and enforce quality policies, programs, and procedures to help ensure products, processes, and services meet established quality standards.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS), monitoring progress and alignment with strategic quality goals.

  • Collaborate with senior management to advance quality strategy, objectives, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage quality analysts and staff, supporting effective data collection and analysis to identify potential quality failures.

  • Supervise the evaluation of raw materials, components, in-process goods, processes, and operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and external customers to identify opportunities for process and product improvement.

  • Champion continuous improvement across the organization by implementing quality initiatives that reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance product reliability.

  • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

What You'll BringRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 6 years of experience in quality management or quality assurance

  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role

  • Experience developing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS)

  • Experience managing teams and leading continuous improvement initiatives
