Shakopee, MN Order: 130985 Order Type : Temp Now Hiring: Line Attendant and Baker Location: Shakopee, MN Pay: $21.20/hr Shift: 6 am - 2 pm, Monday - Friday Employment Type: Full-time, Trial to Hire About this opportunity: We've partnered with a reputable food manufacturing company in Shakopee, MN, recognized for producing high-quality products in a clean, safety-focused environment. They are seeking dependable individuals to join their production team as Line Attendants and Bakers in a long-term opportunity. What you'll be doing:

• Work in assembly, production, and packaging areas, placing and moving products throughout the production line according to specifications
• Operate simple equipment, including Start/Stop controls, and safely clear line jams as needed
• Perform in-process quality checks and report any quality or safety concerns to Operators, Leads, or Supervisors
• Assist with mixing, baking, palletizing, and other production-related tasks as assigned
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment while working on the production floor throughout the shift

What makes you a great fit:

• Previous manufacturing, production, bakery, or food production experience preferred
• Able to stand for the entire shift and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to regularly lift up to 15 pounds and move up to 25 pounds with equipment assistance
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including refrigerated and warm production environments
• Flexible schedule with willingness to work overtime as needed
• Must pass a background check and drug screening upon accepting an offer
