St. Francis DeSales HS: Enrollment Counselor

As a representative of Saint Francis DeSales High School, the Enrollment Counselor will support the school’s Catholic identity and mission by working to enhance the visibility and growth of the school, both internally and externally. The Enrollment Counselor is responsible for the management of recruitment activities. This includes, but is not limited to: Representing the school with the highest degree of professionalism through an array of outreach programs and activities for prospective students, families, and the general public; In coordination with the Director of Enrollment, planning and implementing recruitment strategies and activities; Counseling and advising constituents on a range of admission and enrollment processes; Maintaining a high level of communication with all assigned students and families utilizing phone calls, emails, texting, and on campus visits; Coordinating on-campus visit programs, new student orientations, campus retention programs, and other admission related activities; Evaluating and assessing processes and procedures on an annual basis, looking for ways to build upon and improve the services offered; Other duties as assigned and required. Additionally, the successful candidate will play a key role in fostering an already positive, driven, and collegial working environment. The Enrollment Counselor position is a year round, full time role requiring some evening and weekend hours, as needed. Qualifications The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, writing, relationship building and presentation skills, and must be able to multi-task. A comfort level with databases, proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, a willingness to learn additional software tools as needed and a familiarity with our school community. #J-18808-Ljbffr Catholic Diocese of Columbus
