Ascend Vision in Florida seeks a Registered Nurse Administrator/Manager to lead the daily operations of our AHCA-accredited four-OR Ambulatory Surgery Center. The role ensures compliance with accreditation standards, oversees clinical operations, quality initiatives, staff development, physician relations, and patient satisfaction while providing direct clinical support as needed. You will develop and maintain policies, supervise staff, coordinate scheduling and onboarding, and partner with #J-18808-Ljbffr Ascend Vision
