Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Hours (06:30 - 19:00) Experience: 2+ Years Required License: South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN License Certifications: BLS Required Must-Have: - Experience in Ophthalmology, Ortho, ENT, GYN, GU, Endocrine, Surgical Oncology Preferred - Clienttion badge required Description: Ambulatory Operating Room Registered Nurse position available. Shifts are 3x12 hours from 06:30 to 19:00. No weekends required. No on-call duty required. There is a possibility of floating within the perioperative facility. Closed to accommodating block schedules at manager's discretion. Facility has nine operating rooms. Advanced life support certification is mandatory. Travelers may be called off one shift per two-week period, and those hours can be broken up to equal one shift. Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees may be assigned to emergency response teams. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September. First-time travelers are not accepted. All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission. Local candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
