Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Quality Technician to join our team in Burleson, TX, 76028. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our food products meet the highest quality standards. If you have a passion for food safety and quality assurance, and you thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections and tests on food products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Document and report findings, including any deviations from established quality protocols.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the quality control laboratory and testing areas.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to food safety and quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in food science or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in food quality assurance or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control processes.
