Residential Installer - (Home Energy Retrofit/Insulation/Doors/Windows) We are a growing home improvement company seeking an experienced Residential Installer with a background in the Home Comfort, Energy and Insulation field. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with home energy, insulation, windows, doors, and can work independently or lead a small crew. This is a full-time, year-round position for skilled individuals only. What You'll Do: Energy retrofit Air sealing Insulation (attic, basements, crawl spaces, walls, garage, ductwork, ice damming) Reduce moisture and mold Upgrade inefficient windows and exterior doors Finished carpentry / rough carpentry Pay & Benefits: $20.00 - $25.00/hour (based on experience) Overtime available Full-time, year-round work Consistent schedule Performance-based pay / bonuses Opportunity for advancement to crew lead Full benefit package, including paid time off and 6 company paid holidays Our home office is conveniently located in Windsor, CT Requirements: 2+ years of residential installation experience required 2+ years of carpentry experience preferred You must have a valid drivers license You must have reliable transportation You must have basic tools #J-18808-Ljbffr Contractor Nation
