Position Summary

Keller Williams Realty Denton is seeking a highly organized, service-focused, and technology-driven professional to serve as our Agent Success & Technology Coordinator.

This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for our agents through onboarding, training, technology support, communication, event coordination, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate enjoys teaching others, solving problems, building relationships, and creating systems that help people succeed.

This position plays a critical role in supporting agent productivity, technology adoption, and overall engagement within the Market Center.

Primary ResponsibilitiesAgent Services

• Serve as the first point of contact for agent questions and support.
• Create an exceptional agent experience through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate new agent onboarding and orientation.
• Assist agents with navigating Market Center resources, tools, and systems.
• Support leadership initiatives focused on agent productivity, engagement, and retention.
• Maintain agent records, directories, and internal communication systems.
• Help foster a positive, professional, and collaborative office culture.

Technology Training & Support

• Train agents on Keller Williams Command, Lone Wolf Transact Command Edition, and other approved platforms.
• Conduct individual and group technology training sessions.
• Develop training guides, instructional materials, and resource documents.
• Assist agents with technology setup and troubleshooting.
• Communicate technology updates, enhancements, and best practices.
• Track technology adoption and identify opportunities for increased utilization.

Operations & Event Coordination

• Coordinate workshops, classes, training events, and office meetings.
• Manage event registrations, materials, room setup, and logistics.
• Maintain office systems and operational processes.
• Assist leadership with reports, spreadsheets, and performance tracking.
• Support vendor relationships and office projects.
• Ensure operational details are executed accurately and on time.

QualificationsRequired

Preferred

• Experience in real estate, title, mortgage, or transaction coordination.
• Familiarity with Keller Williams Command.
• Experience with Lone Wolf, Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
• Event planning or training experience.
• Administrative and operational experience.
