Location

Richmond Hill, NY — hybrid schedule offering the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely while staying closely connected to the team.

Note

This role requires an active New York Bar license and a minimum of 2 years of law office experience to be considered.

Job Description

• Handle No-Fault arbitration matters before the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
• Appear at arbitration hearings and advocate on behalf of clients
• Draft position statements, briefs, and legal correspondence
• Review medical records, billing documentation, and claim files
• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
• Manage an assigned caseload with guidance from senior attorneys

Qualifications

• Active New York State Bar admission in good standing
• 2+ years of law office experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience in litigation, arbitration, insurance defense, no-fault, personal injury, or medical billing disputes is a plus but not required
