Digital Designer

Hasbro Inc. is hiring a Digital Designer (contract) for a hybrid role in Renton, WA, partnering with Dungeons & Dragons studio and D&D Beyond digital teams to deliver consistent digital design systems and assets. Responsibilities Collaborate with the D&D Studio team and the D&D Beyond digital team to maintain visual consistency and drive design innovation across platforms Create graphic design elements, style guides, and layout formats that support the D&D aesthetic while optimizing for digital experiences Support design work across owned IP and 3P partnership projects while maintaining brand alignment Partner with D&D Beyond Content Specialists and the UI/UX team to inform design decisions and provide creative direction aligned with the D&D brand Develop and maintain design style guides and systems that can adapt between print and digital formats Build and maintain technical documentation for asset specifications , file organization , and workflow processes with D&D production Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize asset delivery and implementation Act as a design resource for asset optimization and delivery questions Requirements 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with demonstrated expertise in print and digital design Familiarity with Dungeons & Dragons and fantasy art direction Strong portfolio showing versatile design work across digital and print mediums Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant digital design tools Knowledge of typography , color theory , layout design , and UX principles Understanding of technical requirements for digital asset optimization and delivery Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams Strong understanding of responsive design and digital asset optimization Experience working on 3P licensed products and maintaining adherence to partner IP brands Technologies Adobe Creative Suite Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off Holiday pay Health savings account Employee assistance program 401(k) retirement plan Paid sick leave Nice to Have Experience in gaming , entertainment , or publishing industries Previous work involving print-to-digital adaptation Experience with version control systems for design assets Knowledge of build pipelines and asset management systems Understanding of accessibility standards in digital design Employment Details Temporary assignment through an external staffing agency If selected, employed by Workwell as a W2 employee and not an employee of Wizards or Hasbro Duration: 6 months with opportunity to extend up to one year Location: Hybrid role open to candidates within commuting distance of Renton, WA Pay Range $45 - $55 USD per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Hasbro Inc.
