Job OverviewFairview is seeking a Family Medicine with OB physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton. Join our thriving multi-specialty practice with onsite access to a robust group of specialty providers and services.Onsite specialties:Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Ob/Gyn, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Sleep Medicine, Sports Medicine, General Surgery, Cardiology, ENT, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Pulmonology, Radiology, Rheumatology, Urology, and more.Onsite services:Rehab services, counseling, audiology, diabetic education, pharmacy, medication therapy management, lab, x-ray, mammography, ultrasound, infusion therapy, and bone densitometry.Practice Details:17 provider primary care practice, including 6 FM with OB physicians.Patient encounters average 16-20 patients per day.34 patient contact hours per week.Call Frequency: 5-6 times a monthOpportunities for physicians to perform procedures.Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE - Flexible scheduleAs part of Fairview’s Accountable Care Organization (ACO), providers practice in a collaborative, team-based model focused on quality outcomes, care coordination, and population health management.Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting.Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record.M Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton is located approximately 60 minutes from Minneapolis and 30 minutes from St Cloud, MN.
