Human Resources Coordinator Part-Time. 

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, payroll support, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining confidentiality while delivering excellent service to employees and management.

• Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR files comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support benefits enrollment, employee leave requests, and related documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing by verifying employee information and timekeeping records.
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in human resources or administrative support.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and HR processes.
• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
