-PT's keep their own caseload (no switching between staff unless the therapist is on vacation and the patient is fresh post op) -No aides treating patients - they only help with setting up warm up and ice if needed -No double booking patients -No PTA's to oversee -3 other PT's at our location -Women owned facility -Injury vs. surgery mix is about 60/40 that time of year (we do a lot of joint replacements) -We have a main treatment gym and then 3 private rooms. We also have a single patient pool at our location.
