Reach Forklift Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Lancaster, TX 75134
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dependable 1st Shift Reach Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Lancaster, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a stand-up reach truck, be safety-focused, and work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up reach forklift to move, store, and retrieve products safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately pick and put away inventory using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Inspect equipment before each shift and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent reach forklift operating experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to pass a forklift skills assessment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Steel-toe boots required
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a warehouse environment throughout the shift.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
