Responsibilities Perform on‑site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems at customer locations Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to minimize customer downtime Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, findings, and completed work Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and field documentation Coordinate with dispatch and internal teams to prioritize and schedule service calls Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures Requirements Prior experience in field service, technical repair, or a related hands‑on technical role Strong mechanical, electrical, or systems troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in varying environments and conditions Technical certification or vocational training in a relevant field is a plus About Us C P TEK 1 LLC is a trusted technical services provider based in Florence, SC, committed to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions to our customers.
