Commercial Sales Manager

Job Description Job Description Description: Position Summary The Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and managing a high-performing sales pipeline to achieve revenue growth and commercial business objectives. This role drives sales strategy, business development, customer acquisition, and market expansion efforts throughout the Austin region and broader Texas market. The Commercial Sales Manager partners closely with the Vice President of Commercial Business Development to execute strategic initiatives that support the company's long-term growth objectives, including achieving annual Commercial segment revenue growth of at least 10%. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the Commercial segment. * Lead, coach, and develop sales personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. * Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for individual and team success. * Achieve and sustain annual Commercial segment growth of 10% or greater through new business development, customer retention, and
