Job Summary
A Passionate Helping Hand Home Health Care is seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality care to clients in their homes. Team members assist clients with activities of daily living while promoting safety, dignity, independence, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other activities of daily living 
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as assigned 
• Provide meal preparation and assistance with eating when needed 
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care 
• Provide medication reminders as permitted and assigned 
• Follow the client's established plan of care and assigned duties 
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition or needs 
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided 
• Follow infection-control, safety, privacy, and emergency procedures 
• Maintain professional communication with clients, families, supervisors, and agency staff 

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA qualifications appropriate for the assigned position 
• Current CPR certification required 
• Ability to complete all agency-required orientation, training, screenings, and employment documentation 
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned client locations 
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of assigned client care safely 
• Dependable, professional, compassionate, and respectful 
• Ability to follow the plan of care and agency policies
