The Demand Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue. This person owns lead capture and nurture strategy, working closely with Business Development to convert prospects into customers. This role blends strategic planning, hands-on campaign execution, cross-functional collaboration, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

In This Role, You Will:

• Develop and execute end-to-end inbound and outbound campaign strategy
• Deploy campaigns across multiple channels including email, paid media, SEO, webinars, events, and social media
• Build and optimize automated lifecycle workflows that move prospects through the buyer's journey
• Collaborate with Business Development to ensure lead quality and establish SOPs that accelerate pipeline
• Define success metrics, track campaign performance, and provide reporting using marketing automation and analytics tools
• Partner with subject-matter experts and creative and digital teams to produce assets that support demand generation initiatives
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to inform strategy
• Maintain data quality and consistency across marketing systems and workflows
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a similar field, with a master's degree considered a plus
• 5–7 years of experience in a dedicated demand generation or growth marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong experience with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools to evaluate campaign ROI
• Understanding of paid acquisition channels and SEO best practices
• Proven success managing multi-channel demand generation campaigns
• Strong communication, project management and organizational skills including copywriting skills
• Preferred experience launching and scaling Account-Based Marketing programs
