Outside Sales Representative

Gensco has an immediate need for an Outside Sales Representative - HVAC Supplies to service new and established accounts in our LOCATION Region serving Anchorage, Alaska!

Territory: Greater Anchorage

Summary

Perform a broad range of responsibilities for commercial and residential HVAC supplies sales, Customer development, value engineering support, system design assistance and sales support responsibilities.

Compensation: During initial 3-24 months in position, a salary guarantee of $65,000-$75,000 annually is provided based on work experience. Following this period, compensation transitions to an incentive-based plan with a $1,000 per month salary ($12,000 annually) with uncapped incentive pay, company vehicle (equipped with dashcam technology), gas card, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Introducing and selling HVAC supplies to Residential and Commercial Contractors
• Targeting potential Customers and developing new accounts
• Bidding jobs, producing quotes, processing Customer orders, and providing Customers technical product information
• Attend training sessions with Customers and take an active role in helping those Customers execute on resulting action plans
• Support Region Credit Manager in dealing with Customer credit and collections issues.

Education/Experience/Skills

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years related experience preferred
• Related industry outside sales experience
• High level of proficiency in computer technology including Microsoft Office.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a good driving history. All company vehicles are equipped with dual-facing dashcam technology to ensure safety of our Team and the public.
