Interviewing Clerk
Help DCF clients who cannot make it to the storefront in Jacksonville and Daytona.
There is flexibility in part-time hours. The person can do up to 21.5 hours but does not have to do all that and can have partial days.
At this point, there is no requirement on specific days besides MON – FRI and normal working hours.
Effectively assessing customers' needs.
Referring customers to community agencies as appropriate.
Timely and accurately escalating customers' complaints/inquiries as appropriate.
Documenting customers' records timely and in accordance with departmental procedures.
Assisting customers with completion of online or paper applications.
Assisting customers with My ACCESS Accounts.
Effectively communicate with internal and external customers as by departmental procedures.
Effectively maintaining customer log.
Explains eligibility requirements, form completion requirements, community resources for financial assistance, and/or provides program benefits.
