This position will support our Pacific Northwest portfolio which requires commuting to various properties throughout the region in the Portland/Vancouver area. Qualifications Must haves: Desire to lead Positive attitude Organization Speed Sense of humor People skills Resilience Prior management, assistant management, and/or budgeting experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or related field High school diploma or GED Ability to travel as needed to our properties in the Portland/Vancouver area Great to haves: Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, REBA Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree Compensation The compensation range for this role is $24 - $29 / hour plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.
