Registered Nurse (RN)Join an innovative care model delivering hospital-level care in the comfort of patients' homes as part of UW Health's expanding Home-Based Hospital Care (HBHC) program.Work Schedule: 60% FTE, day/evening, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend rotation plus required on-call responsibilities during the off-hours (evenings/nights) with a one-hour response time to travel to patient's home. Scheduled holiday rotation. This position is eligible for shift and weekend differentials and mileage reimbursement. Hours are based off the operational needs of the department. You will travel and work primarily in patient's homes located within a 30-mile radius of University Hospital; your assigned work location will be 301 S.
