Delivery Driver / Warehouse AssociateA Delivery Driver and Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Clerk will split their time between completing deliveries and working in the warehouse. Each day will be different, depending on shipments and customer orders. Ideal candidates will be able to work well with a team and on their own. CED is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Reports to: Profit Center ManagerMinimum Qualifications:In order to operate our trucks, you will need a valid driver's license and a clean driving history. A CDL endorsement is not required. Authorization to work in the United States. Willingness to undergo a background check.Preferred Qualifications:Relevant Experience.Working Conditions:Warehouse environment and outdoor conditions including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures. Deliveries in all weather conditions including during extreme hot/cold, rain and other seasonal conditions.Essential Job Functions:Legally operate a motor vehicle and maintain a driving record that meets company standardsLoad all order fulfillment materials onto the truck for delivery and unload at deliveryCommunicate any vehicle mechanical problems to direct supervisorPerform daily inspection and maintenance on company vehicleDeliver/pick up merchandise to/from customers and suppliers promptly, efficiently, and in a professional mannerPick up material from vendorsReceive incoming freightKeep a clean and organized warehouseStock material on shelvesPick ordersProcessing returns from customers and to vendorsOperate a Microsoft-based computer systemCED is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability | Veteran
