Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to document patient care electronically and work with interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with mobility programs, fall prevention, and therapeutic modalities preferred.
