Your strategic choices will drive change, addressing system-level enablers and converting market gaps into opportunities for success.Responsibilities- Leading the development and implementation of user experience strategies to enhance customer and employee interactions- Collaborating with clients to design user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that optimize user engagement across various touchpoints- Utilizing human-centered design principles to conduct research and create intuitive and engaging experiences- Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful client engagements- Mentoring and guiding teams in the application of design thinking and innovation to solve complex client challenges- Promoting the integration of technological advances to create environments where people and technology thrive together- Overseeing multiple projects to maintain executive-level client relations and deliver impactful solutions- Developing new ideas and solutions to drive thought leadership and enhance brand recognition- Conducting usability testing and user research to inform design decisions and improve user interface and experience design- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support the delivery of exceptional service excellenceWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 9 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Communications/Media, Computer Science/Information Systems, Design/Multimedia, Engineering- Excelling in customer experience strategy and design thinking- Demonstrating proficiency in human-centered design and prototyping- Utilizing data analysis and interpretation for strategic decision-making- Leading innovation through rapid experimentation and iterative design- Cultivating relationships and building brand recognition in client engagements- Promoting technological advances in interactive and mobile UX designTravel RequirementsUp to 20%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
