About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Warehousing, Transportation, and Logistics to spearhead the development and execution of a world-class logistics organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end movement of materials, inventory, and products, with a focus on building scalable operational capabilities to support growth. This executive leader will oversee warehousing operations, transportation and logistics management, manufacturing and operational support, and lead initiatives in logistics network transformation. The role demands a leader who can drive continuous improvement, champion operational excellence, and foster a culture of accountability, safety, innovation, and customer focus. Applicants for the Vice President of Warehousing, Transportation, and Logistics role at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in related industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-site operational organizations, with strong knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems, ERP platforms, and inventory management practices. Experience in operational transformation, process improvement, and organizational change is essential, as is a background in logistics network design and optimization. The role requires a leader with strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Certifications in supply chain and logistics are preferred but not required.
