Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCaBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. The position includes responsibilities such as treatment implementation support, in-person clinical supervision support, parent collaboration, client observations, treatment plan implementation monitoring, and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments. At Achievements ABA Therapy, you'll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence , while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success. Compensation: $45.00 - $70.00 per hour contingent on experience Benefits: 401(k) with matching contributions Paid Time Off (PTO) Excellent mentorship and professional growth opportunities Access to CEUs and ongoing training Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Dedicated administrative support to let you focus on clinical care Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs. Provide in-person clinical supervision support and observations of RBTs to promote ethical and effective care. Collaborate with BCBAs regarding client progress, treatment implementation, and clinical recommendations. Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs. Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care. Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients. Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of required clinical records. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies. Qualifications: Active BCaBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience supporting treatment implementation, supervision, and parent collaboration preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas. Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care. Bilingual A Plus, though not required!
