We're now building our US commercial team from the ground floor. This is your chance to shape the GTM, not inherit it.
The Role Field AE owning new-logo acquisition plus key partner expansion in fleet telematics. A true hunter: 70%+ net-new focus. Carry quota, forecast in Salesforce, run deals via MEDDPICC start to close.
What You'll Own
- Net-new pipeline: self-source 60%+ of opportunities through outbound
- Enterprise deals: target fleets with 500+ vehicles; navigate 5+ stakeholder buying groups
- Partner-led growth: co-sell with referral partners in the field
- Forecast accuracy: Salesforce forecasts within 10% of actuals
- Full cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, close
Must-Haves
- 5+ years quota-carrying B2B sales; 3+ years enterprise/field closing
- 100%+ quota attainment in 2+ of last 3 years
- MEDDPICC fluency (required)
- Fleet telematics / SaaS / hardware-software domain experience
- Salesforce forecasting discipline
- Grit: self-sourced pipeline, multi-threaded enterprise wins
