Job Description & Skill Requirements:

Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage supplier quality activities for casting and machined components.
Drive APQP, PPAP, and engineering change management processes at supplier locations.
Provide hands-on support to suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve process capability.
Support new product development (NPD) and address launch and ramp-up quality concerns.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supplier quality, operations, or quality engineering.
Strong hands-on experience in casting processes, Aluminum castings: HPDC, LPDC.
Experience in machining of engineered components.
Proven experience in supplier quality management and structured problem-solving methodologies.
Ability to provide practical, shop-floor-level solutions to suppliers.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline (mandatory).
