Job Description Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Required Skills: Hands-on warehouse/material handling experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment. Proven ownership of receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipment activities across a high-volume warehouse operation. Experience accurately tracking incoming/outgoing materials, maintaining inventory records, and reconciling discrepancies. Experience operating motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, or similar equipment. Warehouse Associate - Material Handling & Inventory: Under limited supervision, handles and maintains flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines. Provides information for recording movement of incoming and outgoing materials and supplies. May operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment. Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. Accounts for all materials and supplies in the store's facilities; audits goods received into warehouse. Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
