Key Activities and Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining the efficiency of production operations Starting and stopping equipment: following procedures to start up and shut down machinery as needed Inspecting equipment: regularly inspecting machinery to ensure it is functioning correctly and performing basic maintenance Adjusting settings: modifying machine settings to accommodate different products or processes Collaborating: working with other team members to resolve issues Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team Experience with mechanical engineering is preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent Be bold and take the leap!
