Job Summary:
The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nursing position is located in Naperville, Illinois. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment providing specialized care to neonatal patients. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Naperville, Illinois
• Shift: 12-hour night shift, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Schedule: 36 hours per week minimum
• Required Qualifications: Illinois license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); candidates should have 2 or more years of core staff experience, with Level 3 or Level 4 NICU experience preferred. Experience with critical neonatal care, ventilators, and CPAP is expected.
• Preferred Qualifications: Registered Nurse Certification (RNC) is preferred.
• Float: Float to medical beds and pediatric units; floating to other facilities such as Elmhurst's special care nursery may be required.
• Additional Information: The environment is quick-paced with approximately five admissions daily. Assignments may change during shifts. Orientation consists of 4 hours, with 2 hours non-billable.
