Join a growing construction and development organization as a Project Manager overseeing a large-scale, wood-frame multifamily project in East Falmouth, Massachusetts. This role offers the opportunity to manage the full project lifecycle while working remotely and partnering directly with executive leadership.

Description

• Lead the execution of a 300-unit wood-frame, garden-style multifamily development in East Falmouth, MA.
• Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and risk management.
• Collaborate with field operations, design teams, ownership groups, and executive leadership to ensure project success.
• Drive project performance, quality control, safety initiatives, and client satisfaction.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to manage project documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve issues that could impact cost or schedule.
• Provide leadership to project teams while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in delivering projects within a growing regional portfolio.

Profile

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale wood-frame multifamily construction projects.
• Strong understanding of multifamily development, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain clear communication across teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be located within the Greater Boston area.
• Willingness to travel to the project site periodically, including weekly visits during project startup.

Job Offer

• Base Salary: $160,000 - $200,000
• Guaranteed 20% Bonus (Paid Quarterly)
