As a Treasury Analyst, you will support cash and banking operations, M&A integrations, and international banking activities. This is a hybrid position that is primarily remote; however, periodic travel will be required several times a year for in-person meetings, training, or team collaboration. What You’ll Do: Support daily cash positioning and short-term cash forecasting; analyze variances and drivers Execute and document treasury transactions, including funding movements, FX trades, and short-term investments Administer bank accounts and bank portals (user access, documentation, approvals) and signatory maintenance Support bank relationship management, including new service implementation, service issue resolution and bank fee analysis Partner cross-functionally (Accounting, Tax, AP, Legal, etc.) on treasury initiatives and process improvements, including automation and controls What We’re Looking For: Ownership & Execution: Takes initiative, follows through, and delivers accurate work with minimal supervision Prioritization in a High-Volume Environment: Manages competing deadlines and multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail Analytical Thinking: Uses data to identify issues, assess impact, and recommend practical solutions Communication & Stakeholder Management: Communicates clearly with Accounting, Finance, Tax, Legal, and banking partners Learning Mindset: Asks good questions, seeks feedback, and adapts quickly Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Statistics, Math, or a related business field 3+ years of corporate treasury experience (senior consideration for candidates with stronger project delivery scope) Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps (especially Excel) for data analysis and reporting Ability to travel several times a year Preferred Qualifications: CTP certification Project management experience (process improvement, automation, or system implementations, TMS Kyriba) Experience supporting M&A integrations (banking, cash setup, controls) Bank portal administration and documentation controls experience Here is what you can expect when you join our Village: • A "community first, company second" culture based on Core Values that really matter. • Clinical outcomes consistently ranked above the national average. • Award-winning education and training across multiple career paths to help you reach your potential. • Performance-based rewards based on stellar individual and team contributions. • A comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance your health, your financial well-being and your future. • Dedication, above all, to caring for patients suffering from chronic kidney failure across the nation.
